This is a pre-order for the Gentle Tarot Seed Edition Kickstarter Blackcore Edition. Estimated shipping date is September 2026. You can purchase this deck alongside in-stock items if you don't mind waiting for ALL items to ship together.

The Traditional Make and Finish Seed Edition will return to pre-order soon. Please see video below for the differences of each edition.

The Seed Edition is the Gentle Tarot the artist always dreamed of. Art that itched for change has been reworked, offering new energy to the deck as a whole. This evolution of the Gentle Tarot took years and the courage to be completely free with creative callings. I always felt that the First Edition was a draft. Arriving here feels right, like the Gentle Tarot has burst open from its seed and is feeling the light. Welcome to this bright new world. I hope you love it as much as I do. - Mari

The Seed Edition comes in two distinct finishes. This is the Kickstarter Black Core. Printed on 330gsm German Black Core, this is the Seed Edition funded by the 2025 Dream Deck Kickstarter with a butter finish for a smoother shuffling experience. Comes in a magnetic closing box that opens on the side.

This deck features periwinkle purple gilding, cards that measure 70 x 120mm, and come with a color booklet and bonus cards.

For more on the two distinct finishes please see Mari's video below!

September 2026 can't come fast enough, but the black core edition was worth the pre-order. I already own the original Gentle Tarot and the printing on this one looks so much crisper. Just wish I'd known to order it separately from my other pre-orders, so heads up if you're bundling.

The black core card stock feels noticeably sturdier than my old deck, and the gentle artwork is exactly the soft, calming vibe I wanted for daily pulls. Shipping isn't until September 2026, so it's a long wait, but worth it for a Kickstarter edition like this.

Waited months for this pre-order and the matte black edges on the cards make the whole deck feel like a keepsake. Shipping is set for September 2026 so I'm just glad I locked mine in early.
